We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receipt (excludes weekends and holidays). Shipments are made using UPS. Please specify special shipping instructions in the special instructions box on the order form. We do not ship COD. Shipments cannot be made to a PO box.
Note: We inspect all items thoroughly before they ship. Our staff is trained to carefully pack your items to ensure safe arrival. If your order is not to your satisfaction upon arrival, please contact the Museum Store at 413 458 0520.
